Support varies from individual and group training and coaching sessions to in-house Key Leader and 20 Keys Facilitator progress reviews and action planning, effective use of operations improvement tools and techniques, and facilitating the implementation of Improvement Projects.

The service is available on an hourly basis; scheduled according to availability, time constraints, and convenience.

This support is in addition to the 20 Keys E-Learning courses (for each of the 20 Keys) which are also offered as an online service.

The service is reserved for current 20 Keys clients.
